The Executive Board meets on a weekly basis to discuss and plan upcoming events. Members are welcomed at all weekly meetings. Each semester, we also have 1 large general meeting for all old members to come meet and welcome the new Harvard Class. Details about the 2010 Welcome Meeting will be available in September 2006.
