Auditions
All Harvard Undergraduates are welcome to audition for the opportunity to play in the Wind Ensemble. Auditions are held in the fall of the year during Freshmen Orientation Week or throughout the year by appointment
Audition requirements consist of the following:
Major scales, to demonstrate your technical ability, range, and tone quality
Two pieces of contrasting style to demonstrate musicianship
Sight reading
Auditions for the 2011-2012 have been completed. However if you are interested in playing in the ensemble you can contact us to set up an audition at your convenience.
