I spent 5 months in Burkina Faso working with a community-based HIV/AIDS organization helping them address some of the major institutional issues their organization was facing. I helped them to simplify and institutionalize their accounting and reporting structures, determine their organizational goals for the coming 5 years, and determine what instibutional structures and resources would be necessary to help achieve these goals. |
