If you are a member of a collegiate kendo club and would like to participate in the 14th Shoryuhai taking place in April 2010, please fill out the following registration form. You will be asked for the following information:
1. Basic contact information for your team
2. The name, age, rank, & class of each member
3. Preferences for arranging housing, parking, etc.
4. Download, print, and complete some forms.

IMPORTANT NOTES ::
Registration for either the team and/or invidiuals competition uses this form; if you are sending multiple teams, be sure to specify the total number of participants - you will be presented with an appropriate form.
If you plan to bring spectators, these need not be included in the total number of participants, but towards the end of the application, you will be asked to provide any addition information that may be of importance - please note them there.
