History

The Linguistics Group was founded in the fall of 2001 to provide a vibrant intellectual community for undergrads in the Linguistics Department. Since then, we've been continuing to enrich the Harvard linguistics experience through regular meetings, occasional speakers, and an annual colloquium. If you're interested in LinG's younger days, take a look at some of our early minutes.

Programs from past colloquia: 2010 | 2009 | 2008 | 2007 | 2006 | 2005 | 2004 | 2003

We also have a regular speaker series. If you're in the Harvard area and interested in giving a talk about your research, or if you have some other brilliant idea for an event, please email us. Stay tuned for the fall for more event announcements!
