Liaison program
MHAAG aims to have a Mental Health Liaison in each House to host mental health awareness events, distribute information, and answer questions from other students, similarly to a DAPA or CHI rep. Mental Health Liaisons have gone through a 12 hour training program with members of the faculty, health services providers, and administration to become experts on general mental health information, as well as Harvard's administrative policies regarding students experiencing mental health related issues. After completing training, liaisons are able to do anything from hosting a stress-free study break, to posting statistics on depression to a house list, to guiding a student through the medical leave of absence policies.
