academic year - which was my first performance with MIHNUET. There were dozens
of students participating, and everybody seemed eager to perform. I enjoyed
meeting the MIHNUET members and the residents.

| Favorite MIHNUET experience: | The first time we performed with the PVC pipes, it was right before the holidays and we had excitedly prepared Christmas caroling music. And of course, we find out as we were waiting for the bus that this was a Jewish-affiliated nursing home. So, we ended up practicing I Have a Little Dreidel and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star on the bus. But it was all worth it, as everyone started to sing along with our pipes! |
