LLEGO, the National Latina/o Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Organization

LLEGO,represents Latina/o lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities and addresses their growing needs regarding an array of social issues ranging from civil rights an social justice to health and human services.

LLEGO develops solutions to social, health and political disparities that exist due to descrimination based on ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity and which affect the lives and well-bing of Latino/o LGBT people and their families.

Stigma Project
We are a grassroots organization that aims to lower the HIV infection rate and neutralize the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS through education and awareness via social media and advertising. The Stigma Project seeks to create an HIV neutral world, free of judgement and fear by working with both positive and negative individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, race, or background.

It Gets Better
The It Gets Better Project was created to show young LGBT people the levels of happiness, potential, and positivity their lives will reach – if they can just get through their teen years. The It Gets Better Project wants to remind teenagers in the LGBT community that they are not alone — and it WILL get better.

The NOH8 Campaign is a charitable organization whose mission is to promote marriage, gender and human equality through education, advocacy, social media, and visual protest.

Human Rights Campaign
HRC seeks to improve the lives of LGBT Americans by advocating for equal rights and benefits in the workplace, ensuring families are treated equally under the law and increasing public support among all Americans.

NGLTF is the national progressive organization working for the civil rights of gay, lesbian, and bisexual and transgender people, with the vision and commitment to building a powerful political movement.
