Darlene "Bubba" Connors, R.N. 
Head Coach, RRFC

Bubba has been coaching Radcliffe since 1990.

She played hooker for four years with Boston Women's RFC, and for another eight years with Beantown. She was selected to the New England Select Side from 1982-1990, and to the USARFU East Select Side from 1987-1990. She played with the USARFU National Team -- the Eagles -- at the 1990 New Zealand Fest (US def. USSR, 32-0). She was the New England representative for USA Rugby East Selection Committee from 1991-1996. She was a Women's National Team Selector from 1992-1996.

Bubba is a USARFU Level 3 Coach. She was the Head Coach of the NRU Women's Select Side from 1997-1999. She was an Assistant Coach of the Women's Collegiate Developmental Camp from 1996-1999. She was the New England Women's Collegiate Select Side Coach from 1992-1994. She also coached the Boston University WRFC from 1983-1986.

Bubba has also been on the USARFU Technical panel since 1996 and was the USARFU Women's National team Manager from 1988-1989.
