Our Mission

Students for Choice is concerned with the social, political, legal, and cultural issues surrounding reproductive rights and abortion. The group will seek to promote greater awareness and understanding of these issues in the Harvard community by means such as publications, meetings, seminars, and debates. While the group will provide access to activist opportunities, its primary concern is education.

We’re fortunate to have the support of the Boston office of Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts as a VOX organization. “VOX: Voices for Planned Parenthood is a program that educates young Americans about the threats to reproductive health and rights and mobilizes themin support of reproductive freedom.”

There are 2 other VOX organizations in Boston and over 80 nationwide. Students for Choice will be the pro-choice voice on campus, putting choice issues back on our campus’ agenda and showing Harvard’s support for reproductive freedom. To get more information about our organization, email us.
