The first meeting of SPS for the '05-'06 year will take place on Thursday, September 22nd, at 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM,
in the Leverett Private Dining Room. Immediately after the meeting, we will have a Q&A session for freshmen from
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Q&A session is later because we expect that freshmen will want to eat their dinners at
Annenberg. Of course, freshmen are welcome to show up for the 6 - 7 meeting if they wish. The Leverett dining hall will let
freshmen swipe in and eat that night.
SPS meetings will occur weekly at the same time and place for the rest of the semester. We have dinner together, hang
out, and occasionally discuss SPS business.
Directions to the Leverett PDR
Leverett is a river house; its main entrance is on Mill St. Consult the
Harvard Map
of the area.
The entrance to Leverett is in the middle of Mill St., which is where
Quincy and Leverett meet. You'll need a non-freshman to let you in, but
at dining hours there will be a lot of people going in and out. We'll
also try to station someone at the door to let people in. Once inside,
go straight down the hallway and exit the door there into the courtyard.
Go inside again through the door to your left; this door also requires a
keycard swipe to get in. The dining hall is in front of you to the
right. Get food if you want. (The dining hall stops serving at 7:15 PM).
The Private Dining Room is at the far end of the left wall from the main
entrance of the dining hall.
