Come play for Quasar, the Harvard Women's Ultimate Team! We are a group of motivated girls with a passion for fun, teamwork, athleticism, and spirit, all of which are encompassed in the awesome sport of Ultimate, and we're looking for YOU to help our team grow! Anyone is welcome, as long as you're interested and are willing to commit to the team. NO experience necessary!

Approximate practice format:
- Throwing (15 min) - backhands, forehands, IOs, OIs
- a warm-up run (5 min) - usually 2 laps around the pitch
- plyos (13 min) - grapevines, buttkicks, high-knees, cutting-simulation, bounding, etc.
- stretching (7 min)
- a couple of drills (35 min)
- scrimmaging
- sprints of some sort (10 min)
- I'm-A-Stars (5 min)
- cool-down run (3 min) - probably 1 lap around the pitch
- stretching (7 min)
- TEAM DINNER (post-practice)
During the summer, you should be building a solid fitness base by running and doing strengthening exercises, so that you can fully enjoy practices when you get back! ;)
