New Application Deadline Added!
You can now apply to UTEP in either December or April. A December application allows you to begin the program during the spring semester. An April application allows you to begin the program during the fall semester. Current UTEP application available at the bottom of this page.

New Program Option Added! Start UTEP this SUMMER!
Starting this summer, students will be able to begin UTEP over the summer of their sophomore or junior year. This allows for great flexibility for students to complete concentration and core requirements during the academic year. Students will complete their UTEP psychology requirement and the pre-practicum requirement during the summer, leaving only three courses to complete during the following year. Please see the application or set up an appointment with the Program Director for further details.

Successful completion of the program requirements and a passing score on the two-part Massachusetts Test for Educator Licensure enable graduates to receive educator licensure at the middle or high school level in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the states with which Massachusetts has licensure reciprocity. Students must also fulfill concentration and Core requirements for the College.
