MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

HUWIB's newest committee serves a three-fold purpose: to provide existing HUWIB
members a forum for getting to know one another better through internal social
events, to administer the comp application process to become a HUWIB Associate,
and to monitor membership participation.

Most recently, the Membership Committee has focused on strengthening ties within
different layers of HUWIB membership. In the spring the Membership Committee
worked closely with the Administrative Committee to strengthen the
organization's alumnae network and build better connections between past and
present associates. The new Big Sis/Lil Sis Mentorship Program is designed to
connect compers with Committee Members to provide them an internal resource
about HUWIB and business throughout the Comp.
