Christina McCalla, Membership Chair

Christina McCalla honed her Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business skills with the Fundraising Committee before becoming the first-ever chairperson of the newly-created Membership Committee this year. "Been a lot of places, seen a lot of faces" is a good description of Ms. McCalla, an Air Force child who has lived everywhere from Fresno, California, to Minot, North Dakota, and who graduated from The Independent School in Wichita, Kansas.

Outside of WIB, Ms. McCalla manages and performs with the Harvard University Flute Ensemble, is a member of Pleiades Society, and serves as co-captain for Dunster House's Culinary Team.

Ms. McCalla's business interests began when her family became McDonald's franchisers and when she began working in the central office for five restaurants. This summer she will be testing her German citation in Munich while working in BMW's logistics department, though her other business interests include marketing and entrepreneurship. She plans to graduate in 2006 with a degree in economics.
