Stacey Borden, Mentorship Chair

Stacey R. Borden is Mentorship Chair of Women in Business. She oversees a 5-member committee that launched the first-ever Harvard Business School Initiative in 2004 while continuing to expand WIB's core One-on-One Mentorship Program. In addition, her committee established the HUWIB Corporate Mentorship Program, with mentors from Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, and the HUWIB Alumni Network, as well as establishing the Harvard branch of Broad2Be, a partnership with the 85 Broads network begun at Goldman Sachs. Prior to serving as Mentorship Chair, Ms. Borden was a member of the Special Events Committee. She joined WIB in the fall of her freshman year, and has since benefited from the guidance of speakers and upperclassmen she has met through WIB.

Hailing from Calabasas, CA (home of Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson), Ms. Borden is a government concentrator whose business interests include consulting, sales and trading, marketing, and non-profit work. She will graduate in 2006 with an honors degree and a citation in Spanish.

In previous summers, Ms. Borden has served as a marketing intern at Harry Winston and a fundraising intern for a nonprofit affiliated with Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

In her spare time she enjoys dancing, watching TV, reading fashion magazines, eating candy, and playing with animals.
