Samita Mannapperuma is an economics concentrator in Currier House in the class of 2006. She served on the Fundraising Committee prior to her role as Special Events Chair. In addition to her participation in Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, Ms. Mannapperuma is also Vice-President of Currier House, a board member of H-Club, a member of the Economics Department Student Advisory Committee, a sports editor of the Harvard Crimson, a volunteer with the Athena Conference Program, and a research assistant at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. She has interned with a corporate lobbying firm for the past two summers and eventually hopes to work in business and legal operations for a professional sports team.
