Thank you for visiting the official Harvard Room 13 Peer Counseling website.
Room 13 is a confidential and non-judgmental peer counseling service for Harvard undergraduates. We aim to provide a safe space for students to talk about anything on their minds, no matter what that may be. We counsel on gender, identity, SES, alcohol and drugs, grief, relationships, eating, health, school, and anything else. This year, we are changing our format to Zoom 13, which will offer confidential, non-judgemental, non-directive group discussions over Zoom with peers trained to listen.
We’re open every night, 6-10PM ET at this zoom link, and we offer listening workshops by appointment.
Drop-ins welcome 6:00 – 10:00 pm ET every day of the academic year
You can find instructions about changing your zoom name to protect anonymity here.
